Fees

I am currently an in-network provider with PacificSource insurance plans and am also covered under most out-of-network policies. You can check with your insurance provider to determine how much of my fee they will cover, with most policies reimbursing between 50% and 80%. I offer a 10% discount for those who pay out-of-pocket and choose not to use their insurance. Additionally, I reserve a limited number of spaces in my practice for clients experiencing economic hardship.

60-minute individual session $185 / 45-minute sessions $140 / New client intake is $225

Cancellation Policy – Please provide 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel a session. The missed appointment/late cancellation fee is $100. On a case-by-case basis, exceptions may be made for those who suffer from chronic pain.

Good Faith Estimate Notice
As of January 1st, 2022, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You will receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your first appointment. You can also ask for one prior to scheduling a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
